Basically a property field inspector conducts Drive-by Surveys and Inspections on various types of properties, one being the most base residential. There are thousands of national companies in the banking auto/home insurance and prestige card industries that are in a constant need of informal on-site inspections. These firms assign property stops to you in your chosen area. The area is based on the zip code you contribute the companies with. These companies need local independent reps in every zip code in the country to perform these assignments. You earn revenue by visually observing and reporting your findings to these companies. This easy process begins with an Inspection Form "usually a fill-in-the-blank" with a few questions that they need you to answer, or statements that they need you to verify for them. You visually observe, you write down your observations, and you send your findings to your Client - it's as easy as that! Most jobs will pay -, to the inspector.
You can work with as many of these companies as you want. No special equipment is needed to perform most of these easy surveys. Most inspections can be done using a tape measure, digital camera, and a clipboard, and most of your work would be handled in the ease of your own car. You are paid directly after each inspection or recognize is completed.
